We've had a busy couple of days...

Where are we with the wedding???? I bet you are dying to know! We've spent a lot of our attention on the Stag & Doe, which you know is April 20th, amazing and only $15 a ticket (I'm just sayin'), but other things are happening!

We have a second MC... Mr. Tom Haxell has gracisouly accepted the position as Mr. MC, with only a small request to do a lot of drinking leading up to the event in order to the maximize the number of dirty stories he has to share or later use as blackmail. Tom is a long time friend of Richard, but has quickly become Melanie's favorite (and also her Valentine this year). He is an actor and bartender, thoughtful and funny... he is the perfect man for the job. We are thrilled to spend the next three months giving him stories to tell.

The girls finalized their dresses (same as the previous outting to which we were only 90% sure). The girls will be wearing a strapless cocktail dress in canary yellow. Its perfect for a summer day and looks amazing on both of them. Now we just have to order them... which only takes a few weeks, but I am trying to convince the girls to order early... for peace of mind.

And the boys spent the day working out their attire... the vest have been sized and ordered. The shoes are now at home and the ties are still a work in progress, but will likely be rented with the vests. The guys has a great time today... thank you Dave and Colin for giving up the nicest day we've had all year to go shopping.

Continuing with GREAT NEWS! We spoke to Bruce (Richards Uncle) and he is excited to be included in our big day and will officate our ceremony. Which is amazing, because of the history... he also married Richards parents. We're meeting with him on April 1st to go over the ceremony and details... at that point we'll figure out readings and vows (beyond our own).

Oh and we got our frames for the day... most of them (pictured below). Yay! Things are coming together... and I am relieved to finalize a few more details!

110 days!

Love!
