Let’s introduce our MC’s for the event, the outcome of the entire wedding (and marriage) falls to the steady shoulders of these two. Will the pressure get to them? Can they handle it?
Let’s find out.
MC #1 – Previously introduced as Mr. Tom Haxell, will lovingly be known as ‘MC-mazing-licious’, or something similar, we’ll have to wait to see how ‘licious’ he is. Tom is an actor/bartender waiting for his big break on stage. He handles the mic incredibly; bearing witness at his last gig affectionately titled ‘Dave and Cassy’s wedding’. His quick wit and random knowledge will bode will to fill the hours of awkward silence sometimes found at weddings. Tom knows the past of the groom and the present of the bride with a full repertoire of stories to delight and embarrass. It helps that he is devilishly handsome.
MC #2 – Never previously introduced, but the eminent princess of Awesome, Miss Mallory Beek. She is… something different everyday; all of which adds to her awesome-ness. She has a past aboard cruise ships, knee deep in facial creams. Mallory has travelled the world and offers insight into things beyond the average mans comprehension. Good thing MC-mazing-licious (AKA Tom Haxell) is no ordinary man. Mallory’s dramatic flair and infectious humor will delight, intrigue and… inspire the guests at the wedding; not to mention keep Tom on his toes for most of the reception. Locked deep in Mallory’s vault are stories of the bride’s past, having been friends for 16 years (yes, 16 years) and deep in her heart is a growing affection for the groom. She is fierce, fearless and… awesome (obviously).
And for good measure let’s include the DJ, since his ear for music will carry the evening into the wee hours of the morning. His talent for knowing what to play next will keep everyone on the dance floor, whether it be to shake a booty, rock out, two-step or get close… you will be on the dance floor. No I am not talking about DJ Richie P (Richard’s newest nickname), but my Big Brother… Ummm… How about DJ Biggie C? Yes. DJ. Biggie. C.
The night will be epic, you’ll forget it’s a wedding and remember July 1st, 2012 at the best party you’ve EVER attended.
**No pressure guys. Love you!
