11 Months!!

Ok... is actually 10 months and 30 days, because I am a day late... but I feel that this is still within the time slot of 11 months.

We have worked out the invitations and I think we finally came to a conclusion we are both happy about and it appears the parents are happy about it as well.

I think we also planned the honeymoon... my favorite part and aside from the groom, the only reason I am going through with all the wedding hubbub. I had to promise a cruise within 24 months of the wedding in order to work out this honeymoon, but I have to say I am thrilled. We can't book just yet (and eye roll, because you know we might change our minds) because they haven't posted the 2012 rates, but we're headed to Jamaica. We're heading to a small resort in Negril. Its just off the cliffs and you can dive into the ocean every morning ;)

We also figured out the favors, but that is going to be a surprise.

I am on the fence about the centre pieces... the venue provides them (vase of fake flowers), but I wanted tulips (too expensive), then I thought I wanted trees (Richard isn't sold) and on days like today... I don't care. I asked 3 of my married friends about their centre pieces and TWO couldn't remember. I might save the cash and go with what the venue has provided.

I am so excited about the honeymoon I couldn't care less about the rest of the wedding... let the flowers fall as they may.

Let's hope for more dress shopping in the month to come!
