When we booked our venue, with Ivano, he promised Jager bombs. In January we met with Brenda, because Ivano quit, she told us NO Jager bombs, but we could have lime green table clothes. In April we got an email from Natalie, because Brenda was fired and she told us NO lime green table clothes. I cried, Richard yelled and we both felt frustrated, because we're spending over $10,000 on ONE day and keep getting promised things, before they're snatched away. Hmpf.
Feeling tired and frustrated I asked Richard to call Natalie and see what he could do. He got her on the phone, he got us an appointment, at that appointment we got lime green table clothes (an added cost, but not to us) and Jager Bombs.
Woot!
It's small and probably insignificant, but it was principle (isn't it always)... I think Natalie gets us and I am ok with working with her... let's hope she is around for another 55 days!
